WolfPack Live · Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy explains how WolfPack Live handles personal information when you visit our website, watch a video, apply for our two-day live workshop and weekly ads support, book a call, or communicate with us. It applies to the WolfPack Live website and application funnel, including at wolfpacklive.com when connected.

1. Information we collect

  • Application and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, city, state or region, country, business type, website or social page, how you found us, the support you want, learning preferences, revenue and investment ranges, and the goals you choose to share.
  • Communication and booking information: your call-booking status, scheduling details, messages, follow-up notes, contact preferences, and records of interactions with our team.
  • Engagement and attribution information: browser-session identifiers, video playback seconds and available progress, question views and completion times, funnel activity, referral pages, landing-page URLs, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers.
  • Consent records: the communication choices you make, acceptance of our terms, and the time and policy version associated with your submission.

Hosting, scheduling, and embedded-media providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and requests made to their services. Please do not enter payment-card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive information in application answers.

2. How we use information

We use information to review applications, assess how our education and support may fit your needs, respond to inquiries, arrange calls, deliver services you separately enroll in, maintain our private lead-management records, prevent abuse, and improve our website and workshop. We may follow up on your application even if you have not booked a call. Revenue and investment answers help us understand your circumstances; they are not a prediction or promise of future earnings.

We use engagement information to understand video viewing, question timing, application drop-off, booking conversion, and campaign performance. Submitted contact details and application answers are not displayed publicly. Promotional email is subject to the separate permission and opt-out choices described below.

3. Email, phone, and text choices

The required application permission allows us to contact you by email and phone about your application and next steps. A separate, optional checkbox lets you request marketing emails about WolfPack Live workshops, ads support, offers, and updates. Marketing email permission is not required to apply and is not inferred solely from submitting your contact information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in a message or by emailing trentvalleau@gmail.com with “unsubscribe.” We honor marketing-email opt-outs within 10 business days, without a fee. Opting out does not prevent essential non-promotional communications you request or that relate to an existing service. You can also ask us to stop application follow-up calls or emails.

SMS permission is separate and optional, is not required to apply or purchase, and does not authorize unrelated channels. If you opt in, texts may include updates and marketing; frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or email us to revoke permission. For help, contact us at the email above. We do not share SMS opt-in information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Browser storage and third-party tools

Our site uses local browser storage to save an unfinished application and referral information, and session storage for a funnel identifier and submitted contact information used to prefill booking. Application drafts remain on your device until submission clears the draft, you clear your browser storage, or the browser removes it. Closing a tab may clear session storage. On shared devices, clear site data when you are finished.

Our own funnel analytics record engagement activity. Scheduling is provided through Calendly, which may receive contact details to prefill your booking. Embedded video may use a provider such as YouTube or Vimeo depending on the video configured on the site. Loading those services can allow them to collect information under their own policies: Calendly, Google / YouTube, and Vimeo.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta advertising tags are supported but are not configured as of this policy date. If enabled later, they may use cookies or identifiers to measure visits and conversions or support advertising, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Blocking cookies, clearing storage, or using browser privacy controls may affect site functionality and may not stop every server-side engagement event. This site currently has no dedicated cookie-preferences control.

5. When information is shared

We do not sell application contact information for money. We may disclose information to providers that operate our hosting, secure data storage, scheduling, communications, and lead-management tools, and to a CRM provider if an integration is configured. Providers receive information needed for their role; scheduling and video providers may also process information under their own policies.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger or transfer of the business, subject to applicable protections. We do not publish your application as a testimonial without separate permission. If future advertising tools create a legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity, applicable opt-out rights and notices must be provided before that activity begins.

6. Retention and security

We retain submitted applications, consent records, and follow-up information for as long as reasonably needed to manage inquiries and services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics are retained for performance review. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Opt-out records may be retained to avoid contacting you again.

Our application and follow-up records use restricted administrator access and access controls. No website, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Deletion requests may be subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations and backup-retention cycles.

7. Your privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw marketing permission, or explain how it is used by emailing our contact address. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to a portable copy, restrictions on processing, objection, or an appeal of a request decision. We will assess and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may reasonably verify your identity; an authorized agent may contact us where permitted. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If European or UK privacy law applies, processing may rely on your request for pre-contractual steps or service delivery, legitimate interests in appropriate administration and security, legal obligations, or consent for marketing where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing and complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. International visitors and children

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws, subject to applicable transfer requirements. The workshop and application are intended for adults aged 18 or older, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change and will revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required. A new policy does not retroactively expand a permission you previously gave.
