WolfPack Live · Legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of the WolfPack Live website, application, and call-booking funnel. They also provide general terms for our two-day live marketing workshop and weekly ads support, subject to any specific enrollment agreement you accept.
1. Agreement and eligibility
WolfPack Live is operated by Trenton Valleau. By submitting an application with the terms checkbox selected, or separately accepting a service agreement, you agree to the applicable terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If acting for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not submit an application or enroll.
2. Education and ads support
WolfPack Live is an education business offering a two-day live marketing workshop and weekly ads support, not an advertising agency. Support does not by itself mean we will manage your accounts, purchase media, create every asset, or operate your business. The specific format, dates, duration of support, deliverables, eligibility, access, and any additional services must be stated in the offer or enrollment agreement you accept.
The website, videos, workshop, and support provide general educational information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
3. No income claims or guaranteed results
We make no promise or guarantee of income, earnings, profit, revenue growth, leads, sales, return on advertising spend, or business success. We do not promise that ads will work for you. Enrollment, participation, following a strategy, or receiving support does not guarantee any particular outcome, timeframe, cost per lead, or return on investment.
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, execution, experience, budget, market conditions, customer demand, competition, advertising platforms, and changes in policies or algorithms. Advertising may lose money, including the entire amount spent. You remain responsible for your business decisions and advertising budget.
Examples, hypothetical calculations, and any properly authorized participant experiences are educational context, not a statement of what you will earn or an assurance of typical results. We do not use disclaimers as a substitute for truthful, substantiated advertising. Nothing in these terms excuses fraudulent or misleading claims or limits non-waivable legal rights.
4. Applications, calls, and communications
Submitting an application or booking a call is not enrollment, acceptance into a program, or a purchase. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. We may review fit, request further information, and contact you about your application even if you do not book a call.
The required application permission covers application-related email and phone follow-up. Ongoing marketing email and SMS use separate optional choices. Marketing consent is not a condition of applying or purchasing, and you may revoke it as explained in the Privacy Policy. Giving us your information does not transfer ownership of it or waive your privacy rights.
5. Pricing, enrollment, cancellation, and refunds
This application funnel does not collect payment or establish a purchase price, payment plan, refund promise, or cancellation fee. Before you pay or enroll, the applicable written offer must disclose fees, any taxes, dates, support scope, cancellation and rescheduling rules, and refund terms. Do not assume that submitting this application creates a payment obligation.
Any separately accepted enrollment agreement controls specific service and payment terms where it conflicts with these general terms, subject to applicable law. Nothing here imposes a blanket “no refunds” rule or removes statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights. Advertising spend and third-party software fees are separate unless an accepted written offer expressly includes them.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for decisions made using the education and support, truthful advertisements, substantiation of your own claims, customer consent, appropriate licenses, and compliance with laws and advertising-platform rules. Do not send us passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information through the application. Where access is needed for separately agreed support, use approved role-based access rather than sharing credentials.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, harass participants, infringe others' rights, or upload unlawful content. We may restrict access for material misuse, subject to any enrollment agreement and applicable rights.
7. Materials, submissions, and recordings
WolfPack Live's branding, videos, training materials, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Any program access gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use supplied materials for your own learning and internal business purposes, not to resell, publish, redistribute, or provide them as a competing training product without written permission.
You retain rights in the information and materials you submit. You permit us to use them only as reasonably needed to review your application, communicate with you, and deliver agreed services as described in the Privacy Policy. Submission is not permission to publish your identity, image, testimonial, business data, or results for marketing. Any workshop or call recording and public promotional use requires appropriate notice and any consent required by law; these terms alone do not grant that consent.
8. Third-party services and availability
Calendly, embedded video services, advertising platforms, meeting tools, and other outside services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, account approvals, ad decisions, security, or policy changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. If a purchased service is materially changed or unavailable, the accepted enrollment agreement and applicable law govern your remedies.
9. Warranty disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, free website content and educational information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Express written service commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.
To the extent permitted by law, WolfPack Live and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or educational information, including lost profits, business opportunities, or advertising losses. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. No clause guarantees that a court will enforce a limitation.
10. Disputes and applicable rights
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, select an exclusive court, or take away protections available under applicable law. Any jurisdiction-specific agreement must be disclosed and accepted separately. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally permitted.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms for future use and will update the date above. Material changes to an existing paid agreement require notice and acceptance where applicable. A website update does not automatically replace the specific terms of a previously accepted enrollment agreement.
